From St. Malo, Cherbourg and Caen:
Rennes - Nantes - A83/E3 Bordeaux (Payage, approximately €10.00).
When approaching Nantes watch for the sign for Bordeaux (Périphérique ouest). Leave the A83/E4 at Junction 11, follow direction Limoges, then Melle. Continue towards Melle following signs for Paizay-le-Tort.

From Calais:
Leave the A10/E5 at Junction 30, initially following the N11 in the direction of Niort. Turn left on to the D150/D950 towards Melle. Paizay-le-Tort is a left turn off the D950.

On reaching Paizay-le-Tort carry on through the village, past the restaurant (La Gourmandine) on your right, keep going past the school and follow the road down the hill past the carpenters / local wood yard, cross over the river Berlande. This area is signed posted 'La Groie'; carry on up the hill passing a large bank planted with Lavender and shrubs on your right. At the next (5 way) junction turn sharp right (direction Périgné). We are the first house on the right hand side.
